RJ Mercer is a Seattle-based Americana singer-songwriter whose music carries the old-world soul and wide-open spirit of the American West. Raised in the ranchlands of Eastern Montana, Mercer draws on deep roots to shape songs that feel both timeless and lived-in. He is the founder and frontman of Seattle Americana outfit Fallen Oaks, a band gaining momentum following the recording of their debut album. In solo settings, he weaves original songs together with classic country and bluegrass standards.
